ST.MARY’S VOLUNTEER SCREENING
Because the Archdiocese requires background screening to be updated every five years all clergy, parish employees, ministry volunteers, maintenance volunteers, housekeeping volunteers, volunteers serving children, adolescents, and/or vulnerable adults, CWL and Knights of Columbus members, church key holders, collection counters, and ushers of St. Mary’s Parish must submit an updated criminal record check.
High Risk volunteers will need to go through the full screening process that will include social welfare or intervention record checks.
We will hold a meeting in the near future for those who want help with this screening process.
All information gathered will be forwarded to the Archdiocese and will be kept confidential.
Please submit your record check(s) to Shelley Mainville or you may drop checks off at the rectory office.
